 From Xavier's post of four days ago:

"The release can be found at http://caml.inria.fr/ocaml/release
and is currently available as source code and Windows binaries.
More binaries will be added in the coming weeks."

In the past, the *Windows* binaries took a long time to be made 
available... so either the binaries-at-release-time picture is 
improving overall, or perhaps it will be OS X's turn next time! :)
