I think that

Fatal error: exception Pxp_core_types.A.At("In entity [toplevel] = PRIVATE, at line 2, position 175:
", _)

is a suboptimal message for 

"No DTD found, maybe you should use Pxp_tree_parser.parse_wfdocument_entity instead"
