We compile the win32 port with the Win7 SDK (Microsoft Windows SDK for Windows 7 and .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1). As far as I know, this SDK contains the same toolchain as VS 2008. And note that despite its name, the SDK is not related to Win7 at all: it works for older of Windows as well. -- Alain
