Well if you want to be picky the paragraph tells you how to *install* with opam and says to look at the `opam` file for *build* instructions...  

That being said after that you are almost there, just use opam-installer [1] on the toplevel `tsdl.install` file that these build commands generated. Especially since you are packaging for a distribution, this tool can generate you a shell script for installation (and eventually you'll be able to apply this to all of my packages).  

(N.B. manual installation is for advanced users who know what they are doing so I'm not going to maintain instructions about that)
