How long did it take you to receive "Objective CAML for Scientists"
from the moment you paid for it? Do you feel the book was worth the
trouble?

As I had not the money, I asked a Library of a University to buy the book.
It needed some weeks (months?) but then I could read it without paying money
for it. :)
So, it was ok. :)
