Is there a reasonable workflow for how to turn opam packages into
packages for existing OS's though?  Currently it does seem like users
need to know about Ocaml to use things written in Ocaml, if only because
most of the focus has been on opam.  Other OSs tend to have old
packages.

I just looked at opam-bundle and while the idea is great it is clearly
not much part of opam (it doesn't make use of my pins, or my local
repos, for example).  But tooling like that would be great to help get
packages out of opam and into OS's faster.
