To acquire the right to  modified  the  ocaml  compiler  as we do at LexiFi,
you must be part of The Caml Consortium :
http://caml.inria.fr/pub/old_caml_site/consortium/index.shtml

Ps: We don't use camlp4, the extensions are implemented directly into the
compiler.
