Well I'm using Windows  XP (shame on me ^^),
And I already have instaled Ocaml so I have the library.
But I think I'll try to do as Basile said if there isn't any easer solutions.

J'utilise Windows XP (honte à moi ^^)
J'ai déjà intallé Ocaml, donc j'ai les librairies.
Mais je pense que je vais essayer la solution de Basile s'il y en a pas des plus simples.

Ocamlopt is just the compiler. You also need all the libraries.

Have you read this:

Some additional tools are needed to run ocamlopt under Windows.
