March 10, 2019 Scope and Interests: The advent of Internet of Things (IoT) will radically transform our future interactions by creating new communication opportunities among people, devices and networks by integrating advanced smart technologies. IoT is envisioned to revolutionize numerous domains, such as healthcare industry, smart factories, smart cities, transportation and agriculture. In particular, IoT for healthcare ensures patient well-being and personalized care by providing many specialized and tailored solutions, ranging from smart wearable devices and sensors to healthcare network architectures, and secure sensitive medical data management. According to various market forecasts, the amount of medical Things is observing a continuous growth and is expected to reach 20-30 billion of devices by 2020. The first edition of Resilient and Secure IoT for Health workshop aims at interdisciplinary exchanges and interactions by bringing together researchers, engineers and specialists within the domains of informatics, networking, medicine and electronics. The synergy of these various expertise will help identifying the actual needs, develop customized solutions and uncover new challenges and issues to be addressed. The topics of interest include, but are not limited to: * Reliability and QoS * Architectures and performances * Mobile edge cloud computing * Theoretical models and algorithms * Machine learning * Health big data * Energy efficient protocols * Health dedicated blockchain architectures * Security, privacy and fault tolerance * Cryptographic tools * Wireless protocols * Mobile networks * Body-Area Networks * Human-centric networks and protocols Organizing and Steering Committee: Maria Potop-Butucaru (Sorbonne Université, France) Natalya Rozhnova (Nokia Bell Labs, France) Megumi Kaneko (National Institute of Informatics, Japan) Sébastien Tixeuil (Sorbonne Université, France) Naceur Malouch (Sorbonne Université, France) Lila Boukhatem (Paris-Sud University/CNRS) Thomas Silverston (Shibaura Institute of Technology, Japan) -- Caml-list mailing list.
