Inspired by this patched bisect and the script, ocveralls is now available as a standalone program, so you do not need to patch bisect anymore. Use bisect as you used to, and run ocveralls on coverage data (the same way you would use bisect-report) in order to generate the json file to be sent via coveralls API. (Example in README.MD file) ocveralls 0.1 is already available via opam.
