Hi John,

Building core from the Mercurial tree on Bitbucket requires oasis to be
installed. An easier path is to build from the released packages, which
don't have this dependency:

https://ocaml.janestreet.com/ocaml-core/108.00.02/core-suite-108.00.02.tar.gz
