Yes, ocp-build is still alive. I would not advise anybody to use it for anything complicated (no syntax extension, only predefined compilation rules for .ml/.mli/.mll and .mly). My plan is to rewrite the DSL to introduce better abstractions to allow cross-compilation, composable package configuration and a better handling of META files.
