+Short Papers (maximum 6 pages, excluding references) should advo= cate a
promising research direction, describe work in progress or provid= e system descriptions.
They need not be original. We encourage especiall= y beginning researchers to present a planned
path to a PhD. Short papers= will be evaluated based on their clarity and their potential to generate i= nteresting
discussions.

Both types of contributions will benefit = from feedback received at the
workshop. Submissions will be peer reviewe= d by at least three reviewers.
All submissions will be handled via the E= asyChair Conference system at
https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=3Dfrom20
= There is no need to indicate the paper category (long/short).

##Form= atting and Publication

Papers should be written in English and shoul= d follow the formatting
requirements detailed at
http://www.cs.ubbcluj.ro/~studia-i/journal/journal/about/submissions#aut= horGuidelines.

All accepted papers will be published online in S= tudia UBB Informatica (http://www.cs.ubbcluj.ro/~studia-i/journal/journal)
by de= fault, though authors will be able to opt out of this publication, if desir= ed. At least one author of an accepted paper
must attend the symposium t= o present the work and participate in the discussions.

The revised v= ersions of the selected papers will be published in a post-proceedings afte= r the conference. The post-proceedings will be published with Springer in t= heir Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series (http://www.springer.com/series/= 7899) . CCIS is abstracted/indexed in DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compende= x, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, Scopus. CCIS volumes are also submitted f= or the inclusion in ISI Proceedings.

Authors of the best original co= ntributions will also be invited to submit extended versions to a special i= ssue
of a prestigious international journal.
