Could you more specific? Are you referring to language features?
I think he is referring to "intellisense", on which there has been a steady progress, but which is perhaps not yet easy to use out-of-the-box (there are multiple pieces that one has to integrate with one's toolchain and IDE, i.e. Emacs).
