Does the github wiki just apply to the github project or can= it be themed and the likes to look like the ocaml page?

At the very least some list of page ideas would be great, it= can be hard to know if the information each of us have in our head is info= rmation people want.

That works too; Thomas has written a Github Markdown to HTML converter in COW [1], and is using that to generate the OPAM website from the Github
wiki (for the documentation that you see on opam.ocamlpro.com).
