Hi,

OCaml on Windows isn't very well supported. So I put some precompiled
binaries (compiler
+ add-on libraries) in a zip file.

http://lasagne.unix-ag.uni-kl.de/omm/

It includes (til now):

OCaml 3.08-CVS, linked against tk8.4.6
ocamake 1.31
findlib-1.0.4
PCRE-4.4 (precompiled from GnuWin32 project)
PCRE-OCaml 5.08.1
