I've created a new mailing-list/yahoo group ocaml-licensing, for a
discussion of the pros and cons of various licenses for Ocaml code. The
URL is here:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ocaml-licensing/

Or send email to:
ocaml-licensing-subscribe@yahoogroups.com

There is now an official elsewhere to take this dicussion. Thank you.

Regretfully I refuse to join any Yahoo based group
due to an inappropriate and discriminatory
requirement to supply my gender.

If you wish to host the list yourself, or give me a site to set up a free
list you would prefer, I'd be happy to move the list.
