My first hurried thoughts recall two books: that of Bob Walters,
`Categories and Computer Science' (Cambridge University Press, 1991) and
that of Lawvere-Schanuel's course at Buffalo, `Conceptual Mathematics: a
First Introduction to Categories' (CUP, 1997).
