Just to clarify the situation: the word "expanded" is the key here.  The
main ISI index is just called the Science Citation Index, and as far as
I can tell, it is the one that matters for the various citation statistics
that some administrators unfortunately think are important.  Thomson is
very reluctant to add journals to this index.
