Authors are inv= ited to submit articles in PDF format to the issue editors. Submissions mus= t comply with Tbilisi Mathematical Journal (TMJ)'s author guidelines (see h= ttp://tcms.org.ge/Journals/TMJ/ ). All submitted papers will be peer review= ed according to the usual standards of this journal, and they will be evalu= ated on the basis of originality, quality and relevance to this Special Iss= ue, and on the basis of clarity and correct use of English. Papers (in PDF format) may be submitted directly to any one of the = Editors of this Special Issue, Guest editors are permitted to submit papers= to the volume and they should do so the lead editor.
