The original article (which is in French) can be found as the first entry in this issue of Diagrammes: http://www.numdam.org/volume/DIA_1981__5/ It contains results which are in principle very valuable and should have been cited more widely by now, but it contains some typographical errors (especially in the hand-drawn parts of some of the diagrams) and it's possible that the organization of the exposition made it hard to follow. I am therefore seeking permission to eventually get my translation published, to make the work more accessible. Does anyone on this mailing list have contact with Francois Foltz? Failing that, perhaps the publishers of Diagrammes? Any advice about obtaining relevant permissions would also be appreciated. Best regards, Morgan Rogers [For admin and other information see: http://www.mta.ca/~cat-dist/ ]
