Howdy,
I?ve been seeing an issue at least in my installation, and i don?t see any relevant info for fix.
Non-ascii chars in the commit/diff and shown as ???.
How webserver is configured for utf8, any idea?
I don?t see any option in /etc/cgitrc related to this,
