In terms of features, this release adds support for per-repository overrides of
the enable-blame command, since git-blame can be expensive on huge repos.
We also fix numerous bugs, update our lua dependencies, and bump to git
version 2.25.
This release contains commits from: Jason A. Donenfeld, Christian Hesse, and
Chris Mayo.
