Monkey doesn't currently support PATH_INFO. So sending two fixes that let cgit be used with the old-style urls (?url=repo/tree/file).

It didn't do anything - clicking on a link pointing to r=somename just got the front page again, as if nothing happened.
The links only had r, no other option, and by replacing it with url the front page links work for me.
