I manually built latest cgit commit (22583c4) to avoid any discrepancy with
my local git release (2.18.0-1).
I also moved the scan-path directive below all global settings in
/etc/cgitrc.
The translation takes place correctly now, despite a hiccup with the #links
which are not followed. (I'll open a new thread for that issue).
