It's not exactly the same but if you want something you can somewhat refer to, the Living Computer Museum has an AT&T 3B2/1000 online running SVR3:

I seem to recall being able to connect in the past but I can't seem to get in via the guest account right now. In any case, if you can get connected over there that might be a valuable source of configuration examples to study.
