Hi Tassilo
cd lisp && make EMACS="emacs" lispdir="/usr/local/Cellar/emacs/24.3/Emacs.app/Contents/share/emacs/site-lisp/gnus" all
"emacs" is correct (I have only one and checked PATH also)
lispdir is also correct
