Then apply a level change to all groups in a region or all command marked groups and resort by level. Same results as scoring, for all intents, with a minimum of code and .newsrc expansion, and one less number to confuse yourself over ("Now if the score is greater than the level then this happens, but if it's less than the level then something completely different happens, and how does it work with two groups with different levels have the same score, and what about two groups with the same level but different scores, and...
