Why not have the subtopic appear where you press `C-y'?

I think it would be easier to understand the listing if indentation
was used for both topics and groups:

Topic A
  group under topic A 
  group under topic A 
  Topic B under topic A
     group under topic B
     group under topic B
  group under topic A
  Topic C under topic A
     group under topic C
     Topic D under topic C
        group under topic D
  group under topic A
Topic E
