SCORING pb in 0.26

SCORING pb in 0.26

 I just switched to 0.26 from 0.12 (yes that's a big step): And have now
strange scoring problems:

 In summary tracing a score (V T) give me the correct informations but getting
the current score (V S) allways give me 0. 

 any ideas anyone?

I think I've posted a patch for this twice now; it looks like it's still
needed in 0.27 so I'll post it again.  (I think this will apply cleanly to
0.27; if not, it's only three lines.)

This fixes the simplify-buffer-fuzzy bug and the bug with scrolling a
window with RET.
