Subject: regexp for the active file?

Is there a command in gnus that will cause a search of the
active file for a particular substring? I.E. I know there is a
newsgroup that has the word "foo" in it. I want to list all of the
newsgroups that contain the word "foo" so I can find the one I
want. Is this possible?
