Unless I have really missed some functionality in Glimpse, I don't believe it has the ability to assemble its hits into a "Gnus summary" type view. Limited to the articles containing the sought after regexp. Where with one keystroke or "click" you can jump to the message containing the regexp. Or any of several messages containing the regexp. Then proceed to copy, process mark, move, save or just read, those articles containing the regexp. In my proposal Gnus would find all messages containing the regexp and assemble them in a limited view, just as it already does for a regexp against subject, or author. All the above without having to download build install and keepup with yet another program. Can Glimpse do something similar to this? I think not. -- Harry Putnam reader@super.zippo.com
