In my opinion, no, but I don't really care one way or the other. All Mozilla newsreaders have been released by one entity, namely Netscape (so far anyway). The various NewsWatchers have different (though similar) user interfaces, different feature sets, and different source code maintainers/developers. I think it would be akin to considering SEMI and Gnus to be the same newsreader for Statland... Or XEmacs and Emacs to be the same editor if you were compiling editor usage statistics. P.S. I also recommend changing "Apple" to "Mac OS".
