I got some clues about the problem. First of all, please check gnus-newsgroup-charset in the summary buffer. If it isn't iso-8859-1, don't blame gnus-article-de-quoted-unreadable. Second, I just commit a patch, which enables Gnus to properly fetch charset from the broken headers, where the content-type indicates the charset (e.g. charset=utf-8 in François' case). ShengHuo
