New mm-inline-text-html-render-with-w3m requires emacs-w3m-1.3.3

Hi,

In order to simplify emacs-w3m related code in mm-view.el and to
improve operationality of HTML part in an article buffer, I committed
the following change.


2002-10-30  TSUCHIYA Masatoshi  <tsuchiya@namazu.org>

	* lpath.el: Bind w3m-minor-mode-map.

	* mm-view.el (mm-w3m-mode-command-alist)
	(mm-w3m-mode-dont-bind-keys, mm-w3m-mode-ignored-keys): Removed.
	(mm-w3m-mode-map): Undefined for Emacs21 and XEmacs.
	(mm-setup-w3m): Simplified.
	(mm-w3m-local-map-property): New function.
	(mm-inline-text-html-render-with-w3m): Use it.

	* gnus-art.el (gnus-article-wash-html-with-w3m): Use
	mm-w3m-local-map-property.


After this change, just type RET on a anchor of HTML part in an
article buffer, and pop up a window which shows the linked page with
emacs-w3m.

However, this feature requires emacs-w3m-1.3.3.  If you use the older
version of emacs-w3m, please upgrade it.

I additionaly installed the workaround which makes the html renderer
work with older versions of emacs-w3m than 1.3.3.  So, even when you
use older versions of emacs-w3m than 1.3.3, you can see rendered html
parts of articles.

Operations such as following anchors and moving cursor between anchors
still require emacs-w3m-1.3.3.
