Hi Shenghuo,
with the latest version from CVS, previewing a message with C-u M-m P
produces a buffer in which cyrillic letters in headers are shown "as
is" (i.e. encoded, looking like cyrillic letters), and cyrillic
letters in the body are shown as unencoded 8-bit chars (e.g. \300).
Previewing with M-m P shows letters in headers in the double-encoded
form (e.g. \214ъ\214Ю\214ч\214я\214п \214ъ\214у\214Ю\214п), and in the
body -- "as is".
So, this is still not correct.
