Prolem when reading forwarded messages

It seems that when reading forwarded messages, Gnus incorrectly
decodes text outside forward - e.g in my case it is displayed with
iso8859-1 characters in spite of "Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN;
charset=koi8-r" header, and 0g with koi8-r charset doesn't show
correct text either (although it is displayed with Cyrillic letters
after that). I checked the file with message in Gnus mail folder and
the text under question is in koi8-r.

Could you attach a message with this bug? At least, the header of the
message and the header of the forwarded part.

Ok, here it is ( I removed the actual body - it doesn't affect Gnus
behaviour). The first line of the body (starting with characters 0xf7
0xcf 0xd4) is decoded incorrectly.
