nnml Summary buffer is not same as .overview ?

nnml Summary buffer is not same as .overview ?

    I have trouble seeing all the articles in nnml grou mail.perl.
    The Sumamry looks like this after C-u SPC, .eld entries
    are next and the .overview shows many more files.

    I have run nnml-generate-nov-databases and
    gnus-cache-generate-nov-databases and gnus-cache-generate-active

    I'm suspecting there are more goups like this are are out of synch.
    How do I fix and regenerate all NML group symmaries from scratch?

It is because of expunging (variable gnus-summary-expunge-below).

To show expunged articles, type `/ E' (in the latest CVS version).
