Why separate the concepts of a queue (send article when unplugged and it
gets queued) and delayed?

I know its for a good reason ;)

Couldn't a queued item simply go to "delayed" with a zero delay and then
its simply automatically sent next time you are online? As it is you
need to remember to J S to send your queued mail.

As a side note, the preview of the items queued about to be sent via J S
are shown in some funny encoding here e.g white space shown as ascii
code equivalents.

UX-wise I think it makes sense to separate them.
