Hmm, this sounds like a bug, but how would I know that no-update was
requested?  That function doesn't seem to set any variables to let
summary exit hooks know it was a no-update situation.

Spam processors make sense for any group (including ham groups), so we
need to distinguish between spam and ham processors.
