We'll just add a digest and attachment version of the reporter:

(defun spam-report-resend-attachment (&rest articles)
...)
(defun spam-report-resend-digest (&rest articles)
...)

and then the user can use the one they want; we can even have an
alias spam-report-resend that can be bound to the appropriate
function.

I'll be glad to review it as a patch, like I said I can't do the
whole thing right now :(

The reporting method is just a spam exit processor.

The reporting address can be a group parameter, sure.
