It should tell you "Registering ham with Bogofilter" which means what it says. If it doesn't, you either have the ham-exit-processor, the group type or the ham marks wrong. Also try spam-process-ham-in-nonham-groups or spam-process-ham-in-spam-groups (the latter is more restrictive, the former works in all groups), in case the group type is wrong but you want ham processing in it anyway.
