Thanks,  it  helps.  But  I  still  don't  understand  why GNUS ignore
gnus-group-posting-charset-alist  and gnus-default-charset (I had the
following  lines  in  my  .emacs  and  still  messages  were mailed in
iso8859-5):

(setq   gnus-group-posting-charset-alist '((".*" koi8-r)))
(setq gnus-default-charset 'koi8-r)
