I am forced to use Dynamic-IP PPP. Thus my IP address is never the same after disconnect. Sgnus and just about every other app handle this very poorly, the exception being Netscape. The solution is to kill gnus after the link goes down. Starting it back up when the net is back up. I hope that it doesn't keep growing every time I start-stop it, since do this at least 10 times a day. I mentioned this to Lars sometime ago but don't know if he's doing anything about it. --Mark
