I know this used to work but now it does not. If I received email with an
html component, Mouse2 used to automatically launch w3 to view it. Now it
prompts for a viewer. Any idea how I can get back the old behavior?

I am using XEmacs 21.4.14 with gnus 5.10.2.

Thanks!

Install w3?

Nah, that's not it. None of the associated viewers for a specific MIME type
execute when I click the middle mouse button. Instead, it offers the 'nil'
viewer and prompts me to save it.
