Subject: What is message-posting-charset?
Date: 07 Nov 2000 11:45:25 -0500 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <76wvef7mu2.fsf@newjersey.ppllc.com> (raw)
I found that the following line
(setq message-posting-charset 'iso-8859-1)
was what was causing me grief sending mail when I upgraded to 5.8.8 in cvs.
I commented it out and now all is well. Any idea what this is and why I may
have been setting it?
TIA!
