nnir.el in gnus/contrib?

Should I put nnir.el in gnus/contrib?  I'm in danger of neglecting
it.  Maybe that way more people can take care of it.

I've now done this.  I very slightly changed it, by deleting the $Id$
cookie, and removing the comment that points to
ls6-ftp.cs.uni-dortmund.de.  (I replaced it with a comment that
points to Gnus CVS.)

Now I've got to go back to Christoph's email about it to integrate
stuff he did.

And then Thorsten (I think) sent something to change searching in
IMAP groups.

I hope it's okay to put it in contrib even though Gnus is in feature
freeze.

Hm.  It seems some backend is producing the wrong answers.  Which
backend are you using?  (Which search engine, I mean?)
