Hi all,

Just want to let you know of my package for working with Codeberg.org:

  https://codeberg.org/quotuva/nnforgejo

This is only a preview: viewing of a single ephemeral group, is the only
thing possible right now, but I hope to complete the rest in a few days.

Do let me know if you have any feedback (preferably here rather than
there, until this is finished).

Regards,
James

Hey,

This looks awesome. I'm wondering if this kind of backend could be more
generic to support similar forges such as Gitlab or even Github.

A more general backtracker news backend would be great but I doubt
bucktrackers such Bugzilla work similar enough to those used in forges.

Should the nnforgejo backend also be added to
gnus-secondary-select-methods?

Schönen Tag,
Regards,

Björn

This could be done in a future refactoring; but for those two this ought
to be kept in mind:

Only the ephemeral group works now (instructions are on the site) but I
hope to finish that up once I've tested the core well enough.

James
