We need to find out if the "UID SEARCH SEEN" command is necessary (I asked here), we are certain it's taking over a minute on your Exchange server. Once that's fixed we can look at other issues, but for now I'm sure it's not the reason why things are slow for you. While we're waiting you can move some messages out of the mailbox, it may make the search faster. Ted
