Subject: [repost:] orphan scoring
Date: 22 May 2001 22:35:53 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <86g0dx3yvq.fsf@i2d.home> (raw)

Please excuse if I repost my question, I'm just curious: Am I
doing something wrong or stupid, is it only me, or is it a bug?

If I put the following line (and nothing else) in a score file
((orphan -500))
orphan scoring does not happen for me in current CVS Gnus.

As soon as there is another scoring rule in the same score file
orphans are scored down like expected.

I'm seeing this using the agent (set up to use 'normal' scoring
rules) but also in plugged state (which bypasses the agent if
I understand that right), so I don't think it's an Agent thing.

What's wrong?
